Wiiware has just gone live in Japan and the service is taking a beating from everyone trying to download at the same time. Pics and videos of the games will start to crop up in the next few hours, but the first bit of info to hit the net is that there are 2 Pay-to-play games launching with Wiiware. Final Fantasy: Little King features the P2P Wifi symbol as well as Mojipittan. Now we know why Nintendo announced Pay-to-play. I just hope that the content is worth it and not too expensive. I'll update this as new info emerges.
UPDATE 2:
Wired has some more info and it sounds like Star Soldier for Wiiware is more of a demo than a full game. That doesn't sound too good considering the game costs $8.

UPDATE 6:
According to IGN Dr. Mario features a VS. mode where you can play online with someone who doesn't even have the game. Instead you can send them a lite version of Dr. Mario and play with them for free.
