If you're a gamer here in the States and you believe that adult games don't get made for today's videogame consoles like Nintendo you would be somewhat justified in your belief. However, you would be wrong. Wrong because in Japan there is a HUGE market for mainstream adult videogames and many big name videogame companies have their hand in the action. See Japan has this thing about not treating sexuality like an evil, dirty thing, but us Americans wouldn't know anything about that.
DDMS is an adult game for the Nintendo DS, yes you read right, where you use the stylus to "find" witches by touching them and taking their clothes off, and recently they updated with an English version of their website which has many wondering if this game is going to be released here in the US. I can't imagine this game ever getting released here. It would most likely get an 'AO' rating, and still attract a lot of unwanted negative attention to the industry - you know Jack Thompson and friends.
Until the mainstream here in the US comes to the realization that videogames aren't just for kids games like this have absolutely no shot. Maybe some obscure online retailer can get away with selling it, but it won't see nearly same success as in Japan which means that it's not worth bringing over in the first place.
