Team Ninja wants to Make Wii Game?
I see a huge amount of potential in the hardware and I am personally very into it and pretty excited about what can be possible on the Wii. I'm hoping I can come up with something for the Wii from our team. - Yosuke Hayashi, Team Ninja, Tecmo
I don't want to say that Yosuke is blowing hot smoke up our asses, but he is trying to promote his game which is on a Nintendo system (DS), and the last thing he is going to say is that he will never work on the Wii. Basic rule of PR - don't insult the company your releasing a game for.
Maybe I'm too cynical, but after all the rhetoric that came out of this team against anything that wasn't the most powerful hardware with the most hardcore gamers I'm going to take any talk of a Wii game with a grain of salt. A lot of companies seem to love talking about making Wii games - they just don't seem to be making any.
