Don't be an FPS Whore!
I don't know if this is just a sub group of graphics whores or something entirely different, but the growing number of idiots who have to bitch about how many frames per second a game runs at is already old and terribly annoying. No matter what game it is there has to be some moron who opens his big, stupid mouth to declare a game awesome because it runs at 60 fps or horrible because it doesn't. It's hard to believe that people can get that incredibly anal about anything, but it needs to stop.
I think the videogame community gets enough of this crap from the idiots who shit on everything that isn't shiny, super HD graphics every opportunity they get - completely missing what games are all about. We definitely don't need another breed of stupid gamer who has to do the same thing with FPS. Even worse is when they say that the difference is astronomical and that they can tell how fast a game is running just by looking at the screen. Total bullshit.
I know that the higher the fps the smoother a game will run, but if your ass isn't tight enough to turn coal into diamonds you are not going to notice. Average gamers are usually too busy having fun or playing their game to notice such barely perceptible differences. Even graphics are 1000X easier to differentiate.
Do yourself a favor and don't be one of these stupid, stupid people. Doing this doesn't make you sound smart, cool or hardcore - it just makes you sound like an asshole.
