Managing editor of OPM won't be buying a PS3

posted 13 August 2006, Sunday

In what is horrible news for Sony, Dana Jongewaard, the managing editor of OPM, Sony's official Playstation magazine, says she won't be buying her employers console anytime soon! In fact she says that she will be buying an Xbox 360 in a move she describes as joining the "dark side". Her complaints are typical of what most gamers are saying - too expensive, doesn't care about Blu-Ray and uninteresting launch titles.

If sony's own employees aren't buying into the PS3 what hope of success can Kutaragi have for his "cheap" $600  "super computer"? Things are looking worse than ever for Sony, and the writing on the wall spells disaster for the PS3.
